Converse x DRKSHDW

Punk lives on in Converse’s collaboration with one of fashion's essential iconoclasts, Rick Owens. Debuted during the Rick Owens Fall 2021 show on the Lido, Venice, with the appearance of the partnership's first design, the TURBODRK Chuck 70, a subversive interpretation of Converse’s Chuck Taylor All Star. This classic signifier of culture has been given the Rick Owen´s treatment: modern minimalism and contemporary luxury. With square cap toes, two layers of rubber outsole and, on some models, a pentagram replacing the usual star symbol, this partnership absolutely achieves the stated goal of Converse which is ‘Breaking convention to advance fit, form and function’.
